30-night peace-of-mind returns
We want your room to feel different. If The Veilaris One is not right for you, you may request a return within 30 nights of delivery.
Return eligibility
- The return request must be made within 30 nights of delivery.
- The product must be returned with the remote, USB cable, quick guide and original packaging where possible.
- The product must not be damaged through misuse, neglect or unauthorised repair.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos or video where helpful. We will assess the issue and offer the remedy required under Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-mind returns
For change-of-mind returns within 30 nights, the customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Once approved and received, we will refund the product price to the original payment method.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
Warranty
The Veilaris One includes a 12-month replacement warranty in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. The warranty covers manufacturing faults and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquids, improper power supply or unauthorised modification.
